The Czar nomination format (which come folks call Czar Mode) gives the draft host (AKA the commish, AKA the Czar) full power/responsibility of nominating players.
Commish can queue up an unlimited number of players to keep the action moving.
Commish does not claim an opening bid for each player, so the opening bid is up for grabs.
If a player auction finishes and no one has placed a bid, the player is moved to the bottom of Undrafted Players where they can be nominated again as needed.
